“You in your wholeness are the unity of body, mind and spirit, your values, sensory experiences, your relationships to your social, natural and artificial environment, and your way of life.”

Holistic approach

The holistic approach assumes that the human being tries to balance an imbalance in his way of life. By looking at and including all dimensions of life, your holistic health (body, mind and soul) is promoted.

Humanistic psychology

I work according to the principles of humanistic psychology and the basic attitudes (congruence, empathy, unconditional positive regard) of Carl R. Rogers’ person-centred talk therapy. I complement my work with body-centred exercises, mindfulness training and perception exercises.

Nutritional psychology

Nutritional psychology has been a young branch of applied psychology since the 1970s. It analyses the motives for eating and drinking, such as habits, attitudes and values, and how they change over the course of a lifetime. The aim is to teach healthy eating habits as early as possible in order to promote and maintain well-being, performance and enjoyment of life through a nutrition-conscious lifestyle and to prevent nutrition-related diseases.

I am bound by professional secrecy. All data is treated as strictly confidential. The four-year training is designed according to the EMR and ASCA guidelines and is recognised by the SGfB. A corresponding application is being processed.
